Old one seems to have died and was v v v old.

Lap top or PC?
For home use work on keyboard / monitor but via laptop?
All the brands the same?
What do I need to get for home surfing, bit of downloading and burning?

What kinda money am I gonna have to pay?

Youus lots always seem to be getting new pooty stuff so I thought I# ask innit.

Cheers

the friendly neighbourhood electronics shop at the end of my road builds bespoke ones - dvd writer, internet-ready, decent memory, monitor etc etc - for around £150 and up...

so it's definitely worth checking out small independent stores as well as the big chains: a more personal service, a more personal computer, a more personal price

you can get decent laptops for about 6 or 700 euros i'd reckon. there was a prett fly samsung one for $675 in the shop more than good enough for watching movies and shizzle

a laptop is a lot more expensive than a desktop, like brizzle said you can get a fly desktop for super cheap. specially a 2nd hand one, depends how cool you wanna be
