As much as I adore the gun-toting animated chimp, he does make it very difficult to browse this site at work.

Is there any way of turning him off on my PC?

If you right click the chimp and click on 'block images from thecoolestingever' - that works. Blocks all images tho including smileys

We're probably due another change of image tbh, you're not the only one to mention this one. We like it but it is a bit tricky for some people at work :-/

Don't try it unless you suddenly want to lose ALL images

I might try looking for another image and see if ninj changes it back

If you use Opera, go to Tools > Preferences > Advanced > Content > Blocked Content, add the url of the image*, and then it won't display any more.

Dunno how you'd do it in other browsers though. What one you using?

In Firefox, Tools > Options > Content, then where it says "Load Images Automatically", click the "Exceptions" button. Paste in the image url, then click block.

Can't work it out in IE though.
