Captain Birdsye etc have been cryogenically freezing aged fish until the future arrives for years, helpful trawlermen dedicating their lives to gently lifting them out of the sea and taking them to the futureproofing cryogenic centres at places such as Grimsby and Peterhead.

Apparantly someone has been breaking in and stealing the sleeping fish and selling them through shops such as one that Masquerades as a tourist information centre for Iceland, known cleverly as 'Iceland'...

This is where it gets a bit grim, and sensitive reader might want to step back from their LCD/CRT screens and prepare themselves for a trip to the most depraved regions of the human soul..

People have been eating them, complete with the insulating breadcrumb blanket that provides enough warmth to keep their fishy souls alive during their freezing process.

How could this have happened? When will the evildoers be brought to justice?

Eh up fish boy. I went up yonder north to Fleeto the other day, hoping to find a veritable utopia, a paradise where fish and man live together, equally oppressed, equally free, but all I found was a miserable bunch of folk eyeing me suspiciously, perhaps thinking I was here to steal their wealth - but alas, even if I were, it seemed to be hidden well away.

Oh it might have been because I was stood with my bike against the local news' "ruthless bike mugger sought" billboard.
