what's the difference between this and arc gis desktop? should i be downloading the desktop version?

any advice on how i can get windows working on my mac? just download leopard, then windows, and it'll be obvious?

i doubt anyone will be able to help, but would you advise against installing leopard if i don't have the original tiger discs to hand?

should i do a fresh install?

if i do will i be able to avoid reinstalling word etc., by simply moving it to an ex hard drive and then moving it back after the leopard install?
