A snake that's actually a lizardI saw a slow worm today. I got all excited and said I'd seen a snake, but my girlfriend corrected me and pointed out a slow worm is actually a lizaard. Apparently. Allegedly. I took some pics with my phone. I'm quite pleased with them:

cool, i havent seen one of these for years. my partner came running all excited in a couple of years ago saying he'd seen lizards in the garden, turned out they were just newts.
