Best apple !!!1I don't normally eat apples, but I have a couple of Cox's here which I was going to make into apple sauce before I made a mushroom sauce instead.
I like small wrinkled sweet and juicy russets and I also like baked bramley apples with a dried fruit and syrupy centre 
We have toffee apples and bobbing apples soon ...

There are over 1800 different apple varieties on one site I visited  So I kept to the apples that I know.
