Chicken DansakK, so I met Andre for a few hours in the pub on Friday then we came back to mine, then Alison got home then we ordered a curry instead of cooking.
We froze a plate of the left overs for me to eat at some point
Which I'm doing now.
Thing is - the chicken dansak was THE HOTTEST DISH ever, hotter than Jalfrezi by a million miles
I thought chicken dansak was medium - was going on?

Never had a dansak TBH.
Not that keen on super hot curry. Anything hotter than medium and it's game over for me.

Never been into *hot* food, anything that makes me have to consider just how *much* water/beer/etc i'm gonna need ready before starting eating is too much effort in my book
