hey does anyone know if you can convert mpeg4 files to mpeg 3? coz itunes wont let me and i need em like that for the radio show i think

whenever that came up I just recorded the tracks straight in to audacity and mixed down

yes - in itunes, go to:

preferences > advanced > [import using] mp3 encoder

then highlight the mp4 in your library/playlist in itunes, and then go:

advanced > convert selection to mp3

you can convert backwards to (ie if you change the [import using] bit in preferences to summat else, you can highlight an mp3 and convert to mp4/m4a/aac or whatnot)
