You didn't look like a pillock misskitty - it was obvious that you'd have made your arrangements taking everything into consideration. My rents are really good in the same way and my family has all their birthdays back to back too - it's never a problem unless there's a really big decade type birthday thing going on.

J - I've just checked thetrainline and you can get a single to London (via salisbury) at 4pm on Thursday for a tenner.
You'd have to book it yourself but a couple of hours filing etc for me would pay it off double quick fast

cant make thursday as carmella is reviewing some sort of concert then, friday the tix are £18, then affording tix back could be tricky and beautiful days festy is on at the end of that week which i wouldnt have any cashes for. Thankyou soo much though derian for finding those cheap tickets. ill still keep looking to see if theres a megatrain going up or if mark might be going.

Errrr. Well. How's about this then... Meet at the gate/main entrance to the Mela, which is on Popes Lane, at 1pm. It's a shortish walk from Acton Town tube station. More details, inc. travel info, here: http://www.ealing.gov.uk/services/leisure/ealing_summer/mela Then we can have a wander round, watch some music, eat some food, buy some cut-price mango chutney. Then, at some point, we can become appauled at the lack of booze available and a) go home or b) go to a pub. How does that sound? |
