I'd eat tuna from the can or rice pudding but not baked beans cos they'd be cold and minging
Depends what it is
Also if I didn't have a spoon I'd be more likely to try and eat from the can if it was one of them ringpull ones - prolly would tip it out on to the table or a handy leaf or summat if I'd had to open the can with a a tinopener giving it snaggly edges
That's a point - TIN not can. Cans have drinks in. Tins have food in.
Y'see, it's quite a complex question this for 5.30 in the morning

I used to open a can of beans/mushy peas, put it on the fire and then eat straight from the tin. But that was in scouts.
I always eat tuna straight from the tin.

you can't use bowls all the time cos then you'll have to dish them afterwards. a tin you just throw away
