I left most of last week's to rot carmella
OK - this is what I have: an aubergine 2 courgettes one head of broccoli 6 carrots 3 red onions some rocket a bag of spinach (grrr) a cucumber no squashes 
and some chicken, fish and pears. The Doc was the nearest and gets the prize

K, what I did was to fry the chicken and the biggest red onion with some garlic. Then I added half of that bag of spinach and a bit of water and a tin of chopped tomatoes and some dried chilli flakes and some pink pepper (run out of black pepper).
I added a roasted gem squash what I did on Saturday and was saving for this type of occasion, the squash thickened it all up nicely. I cooked the broccoli and carrots. I ate about 1/3 and will be chilling or freezing the rest. Then I had some haagen daz toffee icecream
And am very full, firstest proper meal in a few days cos of the lurgy. V e r y s l e e p y <peers at screen>

You do get some element of choice - you make your own hate list, ambivalent list and love list They don't send you the stuff you hate, they send something else instead. I quite like leaving it pretty random
