The Academy group offered me the three shows and I’m like – that’s fine, the brum and london ones are 200 or so capacity but bristol… that’s a 1600 capacity venue what on earth are you talking about??? They said – go for it lad. Curate a night, put a line up together that rocks and the night is yours…. So I decided to go for it. I’m a bit scared that there’ll be about 7 people there on the night and we’ll all be terribly embarrassed but I’ve got a funny feeling we might just pull it off.

Tidy night of the wrongest joy if you ask me. 9-2pm. £6 in. Bingo.

Megastore RIP
Sad news folks. The Carpet Megastore has closed. Thursday was due to be the last, the final episode, the last day of shopping. And then I realised that I’m going on tour on Thursday so I couldn’t flippin do it anyway. Derrrrrr… so here’s what we’re gonna do, we’ll do a 2 HOUR SPECIAL and we’ll doit SOMEtIME IN THE FUTURE.
So yeah, I know everyones gutted to miss the final instalment of a crap show they never listened to anyway but there is a sadness in the hearts of all the staff and management at The Carpet Megastore. And we will return. And then go away again
Oh yeah, I’m doing the music for a feature film. It’s a comedy. I’m not telling you what its called but I’ve already done a cover of Help Yourself by tom jones for the main theme and they’ve asked me to do the rest of it. Crazy . might as well give it a go tho innit?
Look, I’ve got shitloads to do and I’ve gotta get my sisters birthday present sorted and everything and pack and its getting late so I’m outta here. Thanks for reading this if you read this

Sadly I had such a long day yesterday that I don't even remember going to bed and woke up completely knackered this morning. That - combined with a 7am start tomorrow probably puts the kybosh on any plans to go out tonight 
The weekend - ya know what? Cos I've got a previous arrangement Sunday evening I've turned down (a) weekend in Ireland; and (b) free ticket to Wembley gig on Sunday. So unless I can get my arse in gear and get to Brzzle and back for Sunday afternoon (unlikely) it looks very doubtful
