My fellow trollsDo you still get a kick out of it? I have long fallen from grace from urban, and my trolling standards have slipped but I still like to troll a few other forums. The ITV ones are good for a laugh, you get loads of bored housewives, dolescum and nutters posting to them. But as of late I just can't be arsed, I don't put the effort in.
What do you suggest to restore my apathy, besides getting a life?

Most of the pac-man full-time posters (and the CATB ones as well) are all a bit tapped in the head, ranging from full-on mental like Teejay, Butchersapron, Longdog and The Bean to attention-craving inadequates like the Trumanshow Brigade and the Lonely Hearts Catlady Stinks-of-Biscuits Mob.
So it's easy to get a rise out of them. I used to wind up Cobs long before I got the internet, now it's just a passing diversion when I'm a bit bored. I wound up the Cobs the other day and I think Oisleep pissed his pants.
But yes it's all a bit passe these days, I should leave them alone I suppose, not be so tight on them, each to their own I suppose. People with Special Needs like Beans and Cobs have a right to be beany and cobby without having the piss taken out of them.

I still like dicking about on urban, pissing people off by posting reams and reams of rubbish - always amazes me how people will reply to ANY old crap. They moan about it now and again - but most of the time they're only to happy to tell you the colour of their socks.
Myself and citizen were phishing on there the other day to see how dumb people are.
I managed to get, who some posters bank with, their birthday, where they live and all kinds of crap by doing silly polls. Then someone with half a brain spotted what we were doing.
Amazing how stupid people can be. Baa said the sheep.
There's some good eggs on there but there is a couple of idiots who I'd quite happily cast a stern stare. Tony999... is he for fucking REAL?
Anyway, we're not here for this. PC Bristle-krs will be along shortly to point out the error of our ways 
No point in trolling MATB, its like god's waiting room but I kind of like it

my guess about them lot really did believe that they were doing something special in the 80s and 90s and just got stuck there
but no more reviews of urban or i'll have to put this thread to sleep cos there is turboisland for that stuff, this forum is about making new stuff for people to randomly find on the internet, not bitching about places that had their time in the sun.....
i haven't trolled anywhere for months now, after my whole episode which got me banned from pac-man i kind of came to the conclusion that it's just drunkenness and boredom and you end up playing the role which is assigned to you, it is fun winding up idiots, but like those execution videos or something, you become a part of the whole game as well

Trolling is like fishing though, or searching for elusive records in a second hand record shop, or stuff like that. It is satisfying, especially when other people think that you actually give a fuck.

yeah i agree, but the difference is that with fishing or record collecting when you are succesful you can impress normal people, like i know shit about fishing, but if someone shows me a photo of themselves holding a 6 foot long fish, or plays me some insane record which they only pressed about 50 of ever i will be impressed, if you try to impress a normal person by saying that you made a 100 page thread about fat people or something they will think you are a right dick

He did tell me about his trolling once, at Battersea Beer Festival. He said he liked to target one particular pac-man poster at any one time, and build up a consensus that the victim was in fact a troll. Eventually the target is banned, and William moves on to his next victim.
Very clever when you think about it.

yeah, I found AK a total pain in the arse when I was a mod on TTG but everyone says he's alright in real life which is more important
I like the idea that he's created this little world where elderly west indian men chat about internet messageboards over their navy rum in pubs in Brickstone, he's an old fashioned english eccentric and there aren't enough of them around
Ended up deleting my account over there in the end, I don't begrudge them having somewhere to post but I wanted to do to them what they did to us because I'm quite childish
