I just watched rogue trader, which i didn't think was that good a film, but I thought he was amazing in it, he managed to convey what a cunt the guy was, but also make him sympathetic, and he does that in all his films i think, he was even pretty good in star wars, the only one who walked away with his dignity intact imo.

maybe it's just cos he looks a bit like me

but all of his characters are 3 dimensional
