PPLive usually has films on the go too. They tend to have different channels each showing a different series, so one channel has all 20 bond films on a perpetual loop, one has the terminators, one the alien films, etc.

Fuck. Having problems streaming the videos (happens all the time with youtube). The page loads, I watch about 2 seconds and then the computer closes all windows mutters something about flash and an illegal opperation, and refuses to open Firefox until I restart my pc.

The Chinese have some other sites that they watch films on with really good quality, but it's all in Chinese. I see them using them in the web cafes. But it's much better quality than peek vid etc, just like a DVD.

don't think it's censorship, although I do get the usual "Problem loading page" whenever I try and look at anything the Party doesn't like.

I think I might reinstall firefox and see if that does anything.

Yeah I've got that crap on my computer. It never picks up anything. So I use AVG instead.

Also counterspy is quite good. I downloaded the trial version (which isn't like these trial ones that scan your system and then tell you you have to pay to clean it up, they do actually fully work within the trial period) and it dug up loads of deeply hidden spyware crap. It hen got a patch off demonoid and have the full program. I recommend doing same, you will be amazed how much crap there is hidden, stuff like 'chinese keywords' which i reckon must be a chinese government spyware.

Heard of those "keywords" before... sounds very dodgy. I'll try counterspy, because Spybot, although good, never seems to find them.

I use AVG also. No cute little animal mascot is going to gain my trust!
