Actually there's a new young breed of thin hungry darting athletes, like Mark Webster from Wales or the fab Michael 'mighty mike' Van Gerwen the young Dutch fella that just won the Winmau World Masters. He's only 17! I'm gonna bung a few quid on him to win at Lakeside in January...
Give them a few years though and they will surely reach their true peak of fitness

Yes, darts are weapons...
But they are also sporting items because darts is a recognised as a sport since last year 
I know because i helped the campaign to have darts recognised as a sport in this country by setting up an online petition, which took off in a big way and was signed by loads of famous dart players. The BDO linked to it and Bobby George emailed me twice

Has anyone seen the new series of Bullseye on Challenge TV? I'm not sure Dave Spikey is that good a presenter. Tony Green and the promise of 'look what you could have won' isn't even saving it for me at the moment..

Been checking today. The next televised darts is the PDC World championship, which isn't till December 18th
Then it's t'other world championship at Lakeside in January
It'll be nearly a whole month of darts

Did anyone see the PDC final last night? It was the best darts match i've ever seen. Total edge of your seat viewing, but only after Barney hit a 170 checkout after the 3rd set.
If your quick you might catch the end of the repeat on SS3 now. It's one of those matches that people will be talking about for years
