I can do the life bars, but with the life bars, people would have to lose their cool ranks. Maybe we should have a poll to see which one people want... |

yeah we can, but then we'd have to manually update everyones life bar when they reached the next level of posts rather than it automatically updating (i think)
This is how I think it works... 1. There are two types of rank, 'normal' ranks and 'special' ranks. 2. People gain normal ranks by increasing their postcount. We can assign life bars to these 'normal' ranks, and when they get to the next level, their life bar goes up. 3. People assigned 'special' ranks can also have a life bar, however, it is not dependent on postcount (because special ranks are permanent rather than determined by postcount iyswim) 4. Seeing as almost everyone on this site has a 'special' rank, rather than a post-determined 'normal' rank, we'd have to manually change everyone's life bar as they increased their posts (unless the forwent their 'special' rank in order to have a 'normal' rank) Does that make sense? |
