How do you wilt your greens, krs?

fry off a bit of garlic and onion in some nice oil, then add greens and a good glug of white wine, stir a bit then stick the lid on
|

I use a knob of butter myself, some seasalt and freshly chopped garlic, stir it around in a pan until the leaves are coated in melted butter then whack in the lid.
