the other half took loads more, much better pictures. Including some really cool ones of the otters. Which are my favourite animal. Will try and post them up at some point.

Which zoo was this? I don't remember them having a komodo dragon in London Zoo.
It's one of my life's ambitions to go to Komodo and see them 'in the flesh' as it were.

Sorry - just seen the thread title. Duh. I guess they must have brought in the KD since I last went there.
BBob - yes it probably will be some time or another. Bali already is. Once everyone gets sick of trashing Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia, Laos will be next, and once Laos becomes passe, the rest of Indonesia will be for the chop.
China is too unchilled to ever become overrun with hippies. The only places like that in China are Dali and Yangshuo.
