You could have had a roll and a pasty from our local bakers hiccup, with 21p change. S'pose the tube fare would have sent that soaring out of your reach

I had a special deal from the chinese, mini spring rolls then chicken with black bean sauce and chili ... not bad at all

Unexpectedly, I got taken out for lunch today. To the Tapas buffet place round the corner from the office. The tragedy - THE TRAGEDY - of the whole thing was that I wasn’t in the least bit hungry, having just eaten a huge slice of chocolate cake. So I couldn’t really appreciate the all-you-can-eat bountifulness on offer.

Life is hard sometimes.

I had a chicken and bacon club sandwich with chips - a reward to myself for a successful day's work
