As some of you may or may not know I have been on my arse for about a year now. Its taken the piss, not all of the stuff has been my fault, some of it just bad luck. Not having a job cripples your self confidence. I never used to worry about trivial things now I sometimes find myself making excuses to avoid something not because I don't want to go... just feel ashamed or something.

Then the penny suddenly dropped today when I had half a dozern missed calls on my phone. I spent last night in the company of two good mates, I'm still in contact with other mates in Dubai, Australia, Reading, London, New Zealand etc. And its not me chasing them or sending them emails, by enlarge it is them getting in touch with me.

As the penny fell, I realised well... the only person who doubts me is myself.
