I've got an edited version of that on a CD somewhere. Seem to remember it's pretty badass. |

i just listened to a savage garden song. even more embarassing, i followed it with something by take that.
and its all because of some rubbish top 20 boyband classics thing i watched on the telly this evening that had been compiled by someone who doesnt know anything about anything. (probably some sort of school teacher) |

| Yeah - the first two are better, they are more quirky. And quirky can be good. But often isn't. Worst word ever... |

Listening to the new Modest Mouse album (We were dead even before the ship sank) which has Johnny Marr on guitar. I like it so far, but I am only halfway through the second track and I like Modest Mouse with or without Johnny Marr so thus far it's all gravy
Before that has Balkan Beatbox on, which was nice, but I was mostly hanging teh washing out while it was on. Before that I listened to Pil's Mekal box, then an Eno/Wobble colaboration and summat else - oh aye, a compilation I made - which was good cos I made it from good songs, obviously -why would I make a comp of shit songs?
Unless I was entering a shit song competition or, I was giving it to someone I didn't like to enter in a 'best song competion' and I wanted them to lose. Which I would like to think I wouldn't do, but I don't want to appear morally superior, nor to I really think I have earn't the right to be so.
I'm not Idi Amin or owt, but y'know, I'm not mother theresa either so...
