A regular feature in which we talk to TCTE posters about their relationships with their aquatic chums.

This week:
Bristle-KRS and Jackson

So, where did you two meet?

Bristle (Laughs) You could say we met over a beer in Portishead!

Jackson (Titters) Yes, that about sums it up...

What do you mean?

Bristle Well, I was night fishing at the marina with Bumfluff, and as ever I managed to lose all my rigs, snagged on crap at the bottom, so to approximate a weight I filled an empty Stella can with stones, cast out and lo, not long after up popped Jackson!

Jackson Yeah, I was a bit hungry, and there were these deliciously looking lugworm staring me in the face. I thought to myself, 'Jackson, dinner time beckons!' Though to be honest I should have known better, still, hindsight's wonderful, but...

Bristle ...You never could resist a big, juicy lugworm, could you?

Jackson (Giggles) Heh, no, not really. And the beer next to it sealed the deal, really... I drink like a fish...

Bristle (Laughs) He does, you know!

Jackson Like a fish! Anyway, so I takes a nibble - mmm - but then guess what? It's only got a bloody hook hidden in it!

Bristle A hook!

Jackson (Deadpan) Yes. A hook. So... Here I am.

Bristle Here you are - you fell for it hook, line and sinker!

Jackson (Tetchily) I'm sick to the gills of that gag now.

Bristle That was the end of that, then - fin! (Laughs)

Jackson You see the scale of the problem I have to put up with?

Bristle Everything was going swimmingly till then!

Jackson Give it up, cretin!

Bristle Just piscine in the wind!

Jackson Fuck off, you four-limbed, land-dwelling warm blooded fool!

Bristle Ooooh! Touchy! You sound a bit gutted! LOLZ!
