ive been playing simon on the arcade at the bottom of here and im a bit suspicious that people have cheated to beat my score

i got a pretty decent 24 that i havent beaten yet but it took me half the time that it took the leaders to get their scores of 27 and 28. im not convinced they didnt write them down because i cant see why else it would take so long.

course i might just be being bitter cos i cant make a 29.

theres a big leap between that and 24 my sweet.

i have to take breaks after a few trys because it all gets jumbled in my head. if it wasnt for that i could play all day, its terribly addictive.

okay, i'll put it another way - i never owned simon, i never played simon, it is a familiar artifact, but no, i didn't know what one was meant to do. it took me longer than a second to work out how to play. maybe i am thick

my top score was 17.

i just made 21 then fucked it up. im totally not convinced theres no cheating going on though. i tried it but got bored cos it takes longer to key stuff in following a note than if you just try and remember the sequence. i reckon that top scorer might be real but im not convinced by symon
