ok so this one is a device for keeping track of kids without having to do any work. its a hand held device with an lcd screen that looks like a radar screen, which tracks the location of your kids, making some noise if they go too far from the parent unit. you could probably have a choice of noises, like any phone ring tone selection.

then all you have to do is put some sort of tracking implant in your kids head, like on the x files.

for a bit of extra cash, people could buy a Deluxe Unit that sends out an immobilizing electric shock if the kids stray too far.
